Local Delivery within ten (10) miles is complementary.
We do not offer shipping at this time.
Once we receive your signed contract and deposit, Nanette will personally select and order your florals, beginning the process of bringing your vision to life in the vases or vessels of your choice.
If you’ve rented any items, the return policy will be outlined clearly in your contract.
Upon completion of your order, we will either send you photos for approval or arrange an in-person meeting, depending on your preference.
Nanette will also coordinate a delivery date and time to ensure everything arrives on schedule.

Customer Care
To secure your event date and order your custom color palette florals and greenery, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
A contract detailing your specific event arrangements will be emailed to you. To confirm and secure your date, please sign, date, and return the contract along with your deposit.
